With a strong background in customer service, sales, training, and technical support, I have experience in managing end user devices, inventory and information systems, as well as implementing multi-factor authentication programs. Currently, I'm honing my skills at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay's IT Department.

Passion for Performing Arts

My involvement in band, choir, and theatre has not only been a passion but also a platform to hone my communication and teamwork skills. These experiences have been instrumental in building lasting relationships and providing top-notch support in my professional roles.
